Price it honestly
A quotation is a promise. If we made an estimating error, we carry it, not the client.
A construction company put together by engineers who were tired of watching good projects fail on bad management.
Your Constructions began with a single residential build and a simple promise: the price agreed at the start would be the price at the end. That project finished on time, the owner recommended us to a neighbour, and the neighbour recommended us to two more.
Today our teams handle new construction, renovation, interiors and building repair across the Kathmandu Valley and beyond. What has not changed is the working method: nothing starts until the scope is written down, and nothing is billed that was not agreed.

A quotation is a promise. If we made an estimating error, we carry it, not the client.
Steel, cover, curing and compaction are not places to save money. Our engineers check each one.
If something will be late or cost more, the client hears it from us before it happens.
The site is handed back swept, tested and snag-free, with all warranties in writing.
The people who run the company, what each of them is responsible for, and the registration and tax records behind the name, are all on one page.
Company details and team

What I valued was the weekly photographs. I was abroad for most of the work and never had to ring and ask how it was going. The punch list was closed before they asked for the last payment.
We had water coming through the terrace slab for two monsoons. They opened it up, showed us where it was getting in, and fixed that rather than selling us a whole new slab. Dry since.
