We take a plot and a drawing and hand back a finished building. Structure, masonry, plumbing, electrical, finishing and external works are all run by our own supervisors, so no trade is left waiting on another.
How a build runs
Work is split into inspected milestones: mobilisation, foundation, structure, masonry and roofing, finishing, and handover. A payment is released only after the work at that stage is measured and checked.
What you receive before work starts
A bill of quantities, a material specification naming brands and grades, a construction schedule with dates, and a signed agreement. During construction you receive weekly photographs and a short progress note.
