What we collect
When you send an enquiry we store the name, phone number, email address, location and project details you type into the form. We also store the page the enquiry came from and, where present, the campaign parameters in the link you clicked.
When you simply read the site, we record the page address, the referring site, a randomly generated visit identifier and a one-way hash of your IP address. The hash cannot be turned back into your IP address. It exists so that spam protection and rate limiting work without keeping a register of visitor IP addresses.
Why we collect it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To understand which pages lead to enquiries, so the site can be improved.
- To stop automated abuse of the contact forms.
Cookies
This site sets one session cookie, used to keep your form entries and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. If a Google Analytics measurement ID has been configured, Google also sets its own cookies; you can block those in your browser without losing any function of this site.
Who sees your information
Enquiries are visible to the Your Constructions team members who handle estimating and project work. We do not sell contact details, and we do not share them with third parties except where a supplier is directly involved in preparing your quotation, or where the law requires disclosure.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial relationship may reasonably continue, and are then removed. Page view and event records are aggregated and cleared periodically. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer these requests within seven working days.
