Where a concrete frame is too heavy, too slow or impossible on an existing building, a steel structure does the same job. It is lighter on the old foundation, faster to erect, and can be built in a lane a mixer cannot reach.

Typical uses

Adding a floor to an existing house, mezzanines in shops and warehouses, staircases, balconies and canopies, terrace roof frames, and strengthening frames where an old beam has failed.

How we work

Sections are sized by our structural engineer against the actual load, fabricated to shop drawings, and erected with proper connections and anti-corrosion treatment.
